Spicy Eggs


  • 3-Large Eggs

  •  Onion

  •  Sweet peppers

  •  Scellion

  •  Garlic

  •  Tomatoes

  •  Jambel Jerk Sauce

  •  Scotch Bonnet Sauce

  1. Whip eggs in a large bowl.

  2. Add vegetables.

  3. Add Jambel  Jerk Sauce.

  4. Add Scotch Bonnet Sauce.

  5. Whisk.

  6. Heat frying pan with melted butter..

  7. slowly pour ingredients into pan and evenly distribute.

  8. Cook over moderate heat.


Drunk Jerk Chicken


  • 1 WholeChicken, cleaned

  • 4 Tbsp. Jambel Jerk Sauce

  • 1 Small Onion

  • 3 oz/90g Garlic Powder

  • 2 tbs.Salt

  • 1 Can -Favorite beer

  • 4 Tbsp.Butter

  1. Clean chicken thoroughly (Do not cut up).

  2. Season chicken with salt and garlic powder to your taste.

  3. Rub Jambel Jerk Sauce on chicken inside and out.

  4. Cut up small onion and stuff in middle of chicken.

  5. Let chicken sit in refrigerator overnight.

  6. Cooking Instructions:

  7. Preheat oven to 375 degrees when ready to bake.

  8. Open a can of beer and place in the middle of a roasting pan.

  9. Set chicken on top of open beer can and bake in oven for 1 hour or until done.

  10. Baste chicken with butter throughout cooking.

  11. Chicken is ready tender, juicy, and ready to eat!

Gone Totally Bananas Jerk BBQ Ribs


  • Rub ribs with Jerk Seasoning and olive oil, allow to marinate for 1 hour (preferably overnight)

  • Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and cook over in-direct heat (325°f) on your BBQ for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until the meat is tender

  • Gone Totally Bananas Jerk BBQ Sauce - take ripe banana and crush into a paste using a bender, combine with Jerk BBQ Sauce.

  • Remove ribs from foil and cover with banana Jerk BBQ Sauce and allow to cook over direct heat (375°f) for additional 10 minutes to allow sauce to caramelize.


Tropical Guava BBQ Chicken


  • 1 Whole chicken - quatered & cleaned

  • 1 – 2 Tbs Jambel Mild Jerk Seasoning

  • 3 Tbs Grace Guava Jam

  • 1 Tbs - olive oil

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice

  • 1 Tsp fresh jamaican ginger - minced

  • 1 clove garlic - minced

  • 1 Tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 Tbs tomato ketchup

  • Rub chicken with Jerk Seasoning and olive oil, allow to marinate for 1 hour (preferably overnight)

  • To make tropical guava BBQ sauce - combine remaining ingredients into a sauce pan and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes

  • Cook chicken on BBQ grill for 45 minutes until cooked through

  • Baste chicken repeatedly during the final 10 minutes of cooking.
